The WPIAL
was founded in 1906 for high school sports in Pittsburgh Area.
Tim
O'Malley is the Executive Director of the WPIAL. The
WPIAL is district 7 of
the PIAA, and is
know as home to some to some of the best high school
football
in the nation. The WPIAL currently has over 100 member high
schools.
