WPIAL Football – Freeport Over Ford City

Ford City has only lost one time in the last 30+ Allegheny Conference Games. However last night Freeport came into Ford City and got a historic victory. The YellowJackets won 6-0 on a very rainy night in Armstrong County. Next week the Sabers will be looking to get back on track as they play Shady Side on Thursday Night Football.

Kittanning 25 – Apollo Ridge 6, – The Wildcats now must go to Deer Lakes and win, to set up a huge game at home against Burrell.
Deer Lakes 40 – West Shamokin 0, – Deer Lakes might make it a little interesting next week against Kittanning.

Burrell 17 – Shady Side 14, – It’s anyone’s race Burrell is not going away.
Valley 21 – Summit 12
