Believe it or not, many people are picking Pitt to win the Big East and make a BCS Bowl Game. Yesterday at Big East Media Day, Pitt was selected to win the conference. Pitt heads into this season still trying to figure out what they’re going to do at the quarterback position. At running back, they have an even larger problem as they’ll try to replace LeSean McCoy. Not to mention there are a lot of concerns about their linebackers. They should be strong at receiver, and on the defensive line. The Big East will be lucky to have a team ranked in the top 20 to start the season. Pitt’s most difficult non-conference game figures to Notre Dame at home in November. We’ll have to see what will happen, in an up-for-grabs Big East.
